Cole is the Communications Strategist for the Texas House Democratic Caucus, supporting its 63 members. He collaborates closely with Chairman Rep. Trey Martinez Fischer to amplify his visibility and effectively communicate his message.
Cole serves as the campaign manager for Justice Liza Rodriguez, who is seeking re-election after one term on the 4th Court of Appeals, the second highest court in Texas. In his role, Cole oversees the campaign budget, devises winning strategies, and ensures their effective execution.
Cole organizes community tour events for Beto Altamirano's campaign, providing platforms for citizens to voice their concerns and discuss key issues. Cole is proudly serving the campaign as their Organizing Manager.
Cole served as the Marketing Strategist for the campaign where he advised strategies to enhance the digital presence and effectively resonate with the constituency.
From January through the end of the primary, Cole served as the Operations Manager for Kristian's campaign, overseeing a team of 15 paid staffers. He also took on the role of Call Time Manager, playing a pivotal role in setting fundraising goals that resulted in Kristian surpassing any first-time state house candidate's fundraising numbers.
Cole served as a personal liaison and marketing strategist for Justice Beth Watkins.
As a Communications Advisor, Cole crafted compelling narratives tailored for the social media accounts of over eight elected officials, ensuring these messages resonated effectively with their constituents. Additionally, he provided strategic communications consulting to shape impactful messaging that not only drove meaningful change but also fostered increased engagement across various platforms.
Cole identified and selected 18 paid interns through a rigorous hiring process, emphasizing diverse skills and backgrounds to enrich our team. As their mentor, he provided guidance, support, and addressed challenges they encountered, fostering a supportive environment. Weekly meetings were conducted to assess progress, share best practices, and cultivate a strong sense of community among the interns. Working closely with each intern, Cole helped establish clear, measurable voter contact goals, ensuring they were achievable and aligned with the campaign's objectives. Additionally, he collaborated with the mayor's office and event organizers to schedule a variety of public events, including Fiesta celebrations and community blockwalks, which enhanced campaign's visibility and outreach efforts.
Cole helped managed the campaign's field program, overseeing a team of over thirty-five paid staffers. He provided them with weekly tasks, goals, and supported their leadership development. Cole also played a key role in organizing weekly metrics and goals for voter engagement activities, including phone and text banking, door knocking, and events. He strategized the execution of the field operations, which encompassed managing paid canvassing, coordinating interns, recruiting volunteers, and fulfilling various other duties crucial to supporting both the candidate and the office.
